Take this job and shove it

Well I didn't quite say it that way, but today I submiitted my resignation. My last day of work is Aug. 22. It is very scary but I am trusting God. I hope to be moved down to Kansas by the middle of September. I totally believe that God will provide me with a place and with a job. I am sure there will be a lot of tears to come but it will be ok. I am really looking forward to a new chapter in my life.

Today the Pinto's went bye bye. The windmill may be going bye bye soon too. Today I checked with VA to see if I can get a VA loan. I am eligible so we will have to see what happens. I think my next step is to try to see about financing.

Well I better get busy. I have been on the phone all night. I have talked to several people and the night has flown by for me. I haven't even had a chance to eat tonight. I will try to keep you posted to what is going on.

I have to beat Amy

Yes, I have to beat Amy and get a post done before she does. We have both been really busy. She is busy sewing up a storm and running after children. She even has news that she could be sharing such as her husband has gotten a different job.

I have been busy trying to start packing. I have packed up several boxes of movies. I am starting to sort what can go to Wichita and what I need to get rid of. I plan to get a storage unit to put the stuff to get rid of in. Then I can just do a garage sale from the storage unit. Amy tries to help me out when she can. Last night she emailed someone from Craigslist about the pinto's. Sounds like they are suppose to be picked up tomorrow sometime. She even upped the asking price. I sold the meat grinder and some other stuff to Jason yesterday. I stopped at Nifty Thrifty to see if I had any money there from clothes that I took in. I have over 400 to deposit this week. I just need to keep plugging away and keep getting rid of stuff. Oh that reminds me, I have the money for the elliptical in the safe. Guess that can go to the bank too. I think we are going to try and work on getting rid of the reloading stuff. I sent Amy the information about the windmill. Hopefully she can get that put on in her spare time. Spare time? What's that.

I am taking off work Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday to stay at home to sort and pack. I am collecting boxes for moving. Anybody want to come help????

Well I better get busy. I have a lot to do. I will try to get some pictures posted one of these days. Sorry it has taken me so long to get a post. I know some of you check my blog to see if I have done anything.

Stolen camera returned

Well now I won't have any excuse to not put pictures on here. My stolen camera has been returned. Robert and the boys got here about 7:15/7:30 last night.

That Bo is something else. He just hugged me and hugged me. He was climbing up me. He just wanted me to hold him. He sure seemed happy to see Grandma. I LOVED it.

They brought their Wii with. Oh boy, is that something else. My arms ache from doing the boxing with Bo and with Robert. I only played the boxing those 2 times and it felt like I was in that ring myself. I can really see why they get those things for the nursing homes, and physical therapy. I can't imagine what the exercise one is like. It was a lot of fun. Even though the only thing I won was against Bo. I even got beat by a 4 year old in bowling. Well I guess when Robert, Cameron and I were racing I would come in second. Game systems have sure come a long way since Atari.

Well it is time to leave for work so I better get this posted and head out the door. Everyone have a great 4th! I have a realtor coming at 10 tomorrow.
