No excuses!

Yes, I know. I have no excuse for not posting to my blog. I just don't know where the time goes. Well one day I did spend about an hour putting some stuff on my blog and who knows what happened to it. I was so upset after spending all that time and poof it was gone. I will make another attempt today.

So what's happening? Well I have worked a little. By a little, I mean "a little." Like 6 hours a week. It really sucks because I love my job at Penneys. I know that God has a plan for me. It seems like he keeps pointing in the direction of working with kids. Wendy (Amy's friend) picked me up an application for the child care center on the base. That would be some good pay. I have to finish filling that out. There is a lot to filling that out since it is government. Then in yesterday's Sunday paper there was 2 jobs for early childhood. One was at the south YMCA for an assistant teacher for Head Start. I called that number today and talked to a lady. Told her I didn't have a degree, but that I had worked for Head Start for 22 1/2 years. She actually seemed impressed. She told me to get my training information that I had together and get an application and fill it out. So I need to work on that. I have already called Wisner to get the list of training hours since they started entering it in the computer but I know I have some other certificates etc. that I need to locate. I had a notebook but can't seem to find it. I think it may be in my bedroom but I can't go in there right now. There is someone sleeping in my bed! Who is sleeping in my bed? It is a male that is almost 16 months old. Yes, my little darling Ethan is in my bed.

Ethan had to go for a well child checkup today and he got 2 shots. Poor sweetie. After they finished at the doctors office they came to my house. Amy had to go to physical therapy at noon. I just got Ethan to sleep right before Amy came. This is a first to get him to sleep at my house. We have had issues with that. I told her to just leave him here and Josh could pick him up. Well that means that will put Josh getting home later so Amy had to leave Lillie too. Oh what a shame. I just had to keep her. She has been watching movies. She has watched Madagascar and now is watching Horton Hears a Who. She saw that Friday when I had the kids and she wanted to watch it again.

Well I guess I better try to put some pictures on here.

This picture is from Christmas. Ethan really liked Lillie's "baby".
This is a picture taken one day when Amy, Ethan and Lillie were at my house. The next one is a picture of Josh's birthday cake. He had 2 packages of guitar string and some picks on his cake. The Emily Judson band was playing at Borders the night of his birthday so we went up there to surprise him.

Ethan is looking for a book to read. He was having fun!
Who is this cutie? I took this picture today.

Can't forget this little doll. He is really smiling under that binky.

Another picture of the two of them taken today. I tried to take a picture of the 3 of us but I was always cutting someone out.

I hope this makes everyone happy. Now you just have to wait another month right? (No I will try to do better.)
