"I'm Cording"

Yesterday we were in the studio - which is where my bed is. All of a sudden Amy and I turned around and here is Lillie saying "I'm cording" it was so cute. We just cracked up laughing. She was trying to say "I'm recording" I guess she is taking after her Daddy.

She was singing her little heart out.

Here is Amy and Levi before their run this morning. They ran the 1 mile race.

Here is Amy coming into the finish line. Look at her go! When she came down through the chute she was standing in line and she was told to go off to the right so she got out of line. Then the doctor who delivered Lillie and Ethan told Amy she needed to get back in line that she had placed. When she got her medal she got a 2nd place one. The doctor said he thought she was actually first. She was still happy with her medal.

Here comes Levi in to the finish line. He wasn't far behind Amy. Her time was 8:08 I think and his was 8:11. You can't really tell which one is him in the previous picture.

I'm ready to go eat cake!

I thought I would show you a picture of the truck after it was loaded. Wow hard to believe that has already been 2 weeks ago. Well I have to run. We are off to the parade and then I have to go to work this afternoon.

Officially Sold

Well I just wanted to let everyone know that it is official. The people buying the farm finally closed on the deal today!!! Nothing like bringing it right down to the wire. If they did not close on the deal I would have lost my contract on my house down here. It was 3:15 this afternoon when they finally finished signing the papers. Today I talked to my realtor down here and he said he had my closing set for Oct. 21. Then when I talked to him after the papers had been signed and he had a copy of the final closing he looked on his computer and the closing has been changed to Oct. 17. Woo hoo!!! I don't get possession until 48 hours later. As long as everything goes ok I would stay there the night of the 19th.

What an exciting week since I start work on the 13th at Penneys.

Tomorrow is Ethan's first birthday. It will be a busy day. I have to call in at 9 to see if I need to work at Bath and Body. If I don't have to go in then I will go to Levi's football game. Ethan's party is at 2:30. If I have to work I will get off at 2.

Well I better go see what else Amy wants me to do. We are trying to get the house cleaned up for the party. I just had to take a break.
